What’s Your Favorite U.S. National Park?

I have a query: What’s your favourite U.S. Countrywide Park?

About the past two years, I have fallen in love with them.

Before the pandemic, I experienced only visited a handful of them, mostly by incident. But the moment the pandemic hit, and it was safe ample to highway-journey, I drove all all over the country going to them.

Now I have observed 15 out of 63. And someday, I’d like to see them all.

Very first, there was Redwood Countrywide Park, with its towering trees and black-sand beaches…

Then Indiana Dunes, with its sprawling sights of nuclear reactors…

Then Utah, property to some of the ideal national parks in the place: I frequented Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion.

Following Utah, I frequented Mammoth Cave (Kentucky) and Hot Springs (Arkansas), on the way to Austin, which is in which I reside now.

Then there was Significant Bend, Texas. The evening sky is extraordinary there! You can see so lots of stars.

Adopted by Petrified Forest in New Mexico…

And most not long ago, Glacier (Montana) and Grand Teton (Wyoming). Glacier Countrywide Park reminded me of Switzerland with its alpine valleys, purple wildflowers, and jagged mountains. I even noticed mountain goats.

I experience so fortunate that I’ve gotten to see so significantly of our lovely region in the past handful of years.

When I was youthful, I targeted exclusively on international journey (this site isn’t known as Ashley Abroad for nothin’). But in excess of the past two yrs, I’m pleased to report that I have attained a newfound appreciation for my personal backyard.

It turns out you never have to fly halfway all around the world to go on an experience.

As for my favourite? It is a two-way tie amongst Redwood and Significant Bend.
