Frenship ISD is proud to announce Lela Vela, Frenship ISD Director of Finance, has been chosen as a 2022 Rise Award receiver by the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO). Vela and the other recipients of the Rise Award had been selected primarily based on their leadership traits, achievements, and their want to continue on expanding their profession. Vela has been with the Frenship spouse and children for 10 years, serving in numerous roles within just the Frenship ISD Business Office like Accountant, Coordinator of Accounting, and now Director of Finance.
